Your instructor will take you through strength and conditioning workouts that is made up of functional movements and performed at a high intensity level. All workouts are modified based on the athletes fitness level. Each class is about 60 minutes long.
You work at your own pace as your trainer takes you through a series of HIIT full body strength and cardio movements that will have you sweating and feeling good in 45 minutes!
One-on-one training with fun, quick, and new routines each session. We will provide support and accountability in your exercise and nutrition program to help take you to the next level!
Aimed at young athletes who want to become faster, stronger, and quicker on their field-of-play! Each one hour session will focus on speed, agility, quickness, and strength training for better performance and overall movement.
Aimed at athletes of all levels and ages looking to improve their game! Each session will focus on the skills needed to perform at a high level.
